Prof. Ch. Rama Prasada Rao obtained his Master’s degree in Management in 1977 and Ph.D in
Human Resource Management in 1989 from Andhra University, Visakapatnam. He worked as
lecture in Post Graduate Department of Commerce and Management, VRS &YRN College, Chirala
(AP) from 1980 to 1989. He joined as Reader in Management Department of Sri Krishnadevaraya
University, Anantapur in November, 1989. He has been elevated as Professor in the same
department in August, 1992. He functioned as Head, Chairman, BOS and Dean, faculty of
Management in Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He has published over 30 research
articles and five books to his credit. He has completed two UGC Major Research Project and there
is one on-going major research project in “Impact of Financial Sector Reforms on Securities
Markets in India”: He has also completed two Research Projects sponsored by AICTE. His present
research interests are in Finance Management Stock Markets and Economic Reforms.

Prof. M. Hampanna completed hi M.Com from S.V. U. Autonomous P.G. Centre, Anantapur
in 1976 – 78. He registered for M.Phil degree in 1978. He joined as Lecturer in the
Department of Commerce in 1979. He got his M.Phil Degree in 1980. He joined the
Department of Management S.K. University as a Reader in the year 1989. He worked as
a professor in the year 1993 – 94 in professor lien vacancy. He served as Academic senate
member. He was appointed as Professor on CAS in the year 1998. He has 3 books to his
credit. He has 18 papers to his credit. He has attended 16 National Seminars. He worked
as Head of the Department and also chairman Board of Studies. He worked as member
of Central Administration Committee.

Involved in Teaching and Research for the last 3 decades. Attended many National and
International Seminars / Conferences and workshops. For instance, he has participated and
presented a paper in Salzbarg Seminar, Austria. Recently attended Oxford Round Table Conference
on “Trade and Human Rights”. Published and edited four books. Specialized in water
Management and Risk and Insurance Management undertaken the execution of UGC – Sponsored
SAP programme as coordinator. Conducted two – National Seminars and one work shop.
• Served as Head of the Department during that period, Department has rated ‘B’ Grade among
all Universities in the country, same period the placements has reached to the level of 85% plus
for the first time since inception of the department.
• Member of Academic bodies in many Universities.
• Acted as expert committee member in UGC XI plan for BOMBAY University.
• Acted as expert committee member for selection of professors in many universities.
• Member, BOS of Bangalore University, Sri Yogivemana University and Madras University,
• Examiner for many Ph.D theses of different universities.
• Guided 12 Ph.D programmes and awarded.
• Completed one major Research Project on “Drought Management”

Prof. Chanda Naik gari Krishna Naik obtained his Master’s Degree in Commerce from S.K.
University, M.Phil Degree from S.V. University and Ph.D Degree in Management from S.K.
University. He also obtained several Master Degrees in Management, Sociology, Economics,
Public Administration, Psychology and Law. Dr. Naik also obtained several Post graduate
Diplomas in Marketing, Human Resources, Guidance and Counseling, Business Ethics,
Psychological Counseling, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management etc. Dr.Naik worked
with Bank Industry for six months later he worked as Lecturer, Department of Commerce, T.T.D.
College, Tirupati from 1982-1989. He has been working as Faculty Member in S.K.I.M since
1989. He elevated as Associate Professor in 1993 and Professor in 2001. He served as Director,
Sri Krishnadevaraya Institute of Academic Development, Joint Director and In-charge Director,
Directorate of Admissions and Cultural Co-Ordinator, Sri Krishnadevaraya University. He has
guided 13 Ph.D Scholars in Management, published over 30 research articles in National and
International Journals and has 10 books to his credit. He has completed one UGC Minor Research
Project. He has put in 27 years of teaching experience. He has been identified in the area of
Marketing and Human Resources. He has visited, Thailand, Signapore, Malaysia and U.K., on
academic assignment. Presently he is Heading the Department of Management, S.K.University.

He has joined in SKIM in the year 1989 as lecturer. In 1992 – 93 had been to IIM, Ahmedabad
for his faculty Development Program in Management. His area of interest is organizational
Behaviour and Organizational Development. He has published 10 papers in legal formats and
published one book. His main focus is on public sector units simultaneously through rural
talent. He accepted various positions in the university and in December 2006 he became
Registrar of Sri Yogivemana University, Kadapa and served for 20 months. He has served as
faculty of Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad for one year and facilitated
several training programs for top and middle level management of various corporate
