Honorary Colonel Conferred to Prof. Rama Rao Athota Col. SK. Pareek conferred the Honorary Colonel Rank to Prof. Rama Rao Athota Vice Chancellor of S.K. University at a function organised on the eve of NCC Day at Kurnool on 24th November 2007, accompanied by officers and Subedar Majors of the Army, Associated NCC officers from Senior Wing of NCC.
